BeatBabel’s Chief Operating Officer, Marie Flacassier, was included in Multilingual magazine’s list of the most influential women of the language industry.
In honor of Women’s History Month, Multilingual magazine highlights 30 women each year who are working in the language industry. These women are selected through a public vote, where peers from the industry recognize the achievements of these amazing, creative, and hardworking women.
We at BeatBabel are impressed but not surprised that Marie, one of more than 200 great candidates, made it to the top 30 of this list. We don’t mean it in an arrogant or high-and-mighty way, far from that. We speak from the perspective of privileged witnesses of Marie’s work capacity, commitment to excellence and infinite ability to overcome challenges.
It is because we are everyday spectators of her unswerving work ethics and astonishing attention to detail that we understand how very much deserved this recognition is. Marie is an inspiration for all of us and we are beyond happy to have her as our untiring guiding star, the essence behind BeatBabel’s human touch.
